Published 200 page, five-color Equipment Catalog for 100 products: project management, research, writing, desktop publishing, and photography coordination. 

Snappy Car Rental - Tulsa, OK

Wrote marketing video scripts that were distributed nation-wide to employees and/or customers. Wrote a video and prospectus Chrysler Corp. used to sell the now-profitable company to private investors.

Ford Motor Co. - Lincoln Park, MI - Glass Division Technical Services

Produced and scripted video tape "Non-contact Pedestal Gauging" used to promote Ford Glass in the European market. Developed and wrote Glass Manufacturing Glossary for the Ford Glass Division.

T. D. Williamson, Inc. - Tulsa, OK

Designed a marketing campaign, sales video, and brochure launching a major new product. After sending this video presentation to 300 major gas utility vice presidents, the company received over 100 positive requests for product demonstrations, exceeding the capacity of the sales force to deliver. Wrote marketing and technical training video scripts.

Pro Support - The Netherlands

Researched and wrote several R&D grant proposal for Pro Support, a Netherlands-based firm that assists innovative companies with their R&D efforts--in particular with obtaining funding. Pro Support focuses on European  CRAFT-projects aimed at Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). Both projects received funding, with only 1:20 being approved.

Teleprocessors, Inc. - Tulsa, OK

Wrote and desktop published successful marketing proposal to AT&T, which doubled the company’s business.

Snappy Car Rental - Tulsa, OK

Developed video communications and training strategy for helping new management turn the company around. Wrote marketing, training, and news-magazine communication video scripts (16 plus program hours) that were distributed nation-wide to employees and/or customers. Designed, wrote, and desktop published training modules with companion videos: Customer Service Handbook, Snappy Telephone Techniques, Exceptional Customer Service, Vehicle Preparation and Inspection, and Managing the Dispatch Table.

Developed instructional design and wrote the instructor’s guide and student workbook for a Major Account Marketing Training Seminar presented to computer systems sales engineers. Wrote and desktop published a quick-reference sales guide for field sales personnel. Developed and wrote Airline Marketing training video "Telex Systems Engineers: A Vital Link."
